Join ACS stakeholders from all over the globe by taking part in Chemists Celebrate Earth Week (CCEW), April 21-28! CCEW is a global initiative that encourages chemists and chemistry enthusiasts to build awareness of chemistry at the local level. This year’s CCEW 2019 theme, “Take Note: The Chemistry of Paper,” focuses on the chemistry of one of the most amazing materials that has been around for 2,000 years and has been essential to the development of knowledge and technology around the world.
Activities are planned globally and organized through ACS Local Section CCEW Coordinators and International Chapters. You can support CCEW’s goals by participating in the community event, sharing the latest issue of Celebrating Chemistry with kids and teachers locally.
